Salary: £38,000 - 78,000 per year

• Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams is important.
• We are open to candidates with significant senior-level engineering experience and a strong track record of delivery.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with product and technical stakeholders to guide platform direction.
• You will take ownership of technical direction and make a meaningful impact across the business.
• You will support team management and help raise engineering standards across the function.
