Remote Senior Data Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• We require hands-on experience in Databricks, AWS, Python, PySpark, and data modelling.
• We require at least 7 years of experience.
• We require strong working knowledge of moving and transforming data across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers using ADF, Python, and PySpark.
• We require experience in ETL processes.
• We require hands-on experience in Databricks development.
• We require hands-on experience in SQL development.
• We require excellent communication skills and logical thinking.
• We consider experience in data integrity, data accuracy, data governance, and data security policies and procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• We design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data streams.
• We move and transform data across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers using ADF, Python, and PySpark.
• We develop and maintain ETL processes.
• We build and maintain Databricks solutions.
• We work to improve data integrity and accuracy, and support data governance and data security practices.
• We develop SQL-based solutions.
