Salary: £54,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (Essential)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a performance analysis or data-focused role
• Basic to intermediate SQL coding skills (data extraction, joins, aggregations)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Analyse service performance data to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Monitor and report on volume trends
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting outputs
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse datasets
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for service optimisation
• Present clear insights to stakeholders
