Role OverviewOscilar is hiring a Founding Growth Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, growth, and GTM systems.

You will be responsible for building the systems that enable our team to identify high-propensity accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and drive measurable revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth.

You will work closely with our Head of Growth and VP of Marketing, and partner cross-functionally with AI Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.
