Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development
• Previous experience in a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer or Senior Technical Leadership role
• Experience building and scaling SaaS or product-led platforms
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns and clean code principles
• Experience working in cloud-native, CI/CD and DevSecOps environments
• Passion for engineering excellence, mentoring others and solving complex technical challenges
• Interest in AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, architecture and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape requirements and delivery plans
• Build and deploy production software in a fast-paced environment
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality and maintainability
• Support systems in production and improve platform performance

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where we work closely with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to design, build and scale modern software solutions used by thousands of customers.
