Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Developer with at least 5 years of experience in software development, specifically focusing on C#/.NET. A solid understanding of SQL and Entity Framework is essential. You should have a proven track record of delivering automation solutions and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, proactive startup or scale-up environment. If you have any exposure to AI/ML, even at a basic level, that would be a bonus. We highly value strong communicators and team players who will fit well with our culture.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive automation initiatives within our platform and develop, maintain, and optimize our backend systems using C#/.NET and SQL. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled development team of 7 members and contribute to scaling and improving our core systems as we onboard new clients.

We offer a salary range of £85,000 - £90,000 along with an equity/share scheme and a pension plan. This position is fully remote for UK-based candidates, with just one office visit required per quarter. You’ll also have the opportunity for regular team meetups every two months.
