Customer Platform Architect

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Docker, Helm, or other container technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, virtualisation, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production environments.
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical role.
• Experience with enterprise Kubernetes platforms such as OpenShift, Rancher, or Tanzu would be beneficial.
• Experience within Cyber Security, SaaS, or other fast-paced technology businesses would be beneficial.
• Experience working within a software vendor, consultancy, MSP, cloud-native business, or similar fast-moving technology environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the deployment of Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Advise on infrastructure design, sizing, and best practice.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues.
• Carry out platform health checks and recommend improvements.
• Support technical pre-sales discussions where required.
• Produce clear technical documentation.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose issues, support deployments, and resolve technical challenges.
• Help customers design deployment architectures and ensure their environments are secure, reliable, and performing at their best.

We are a fast-growing Cyber Security company with a cloud-native platform that helps organisations around the world strengthen their security posture and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. We offer a fully remote role for UK-based candidates, with a salary of £80,000 to £95,000 depending on experience. There is a strong preference for current UK Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain it. This is a hands-on customer-facing architecture role with genuine technical ownership, working closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
