Requirements

• We require a Full (Clean) UK Driving Licence.
• We require a willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• We are looking for proven experience troubleshooting networking, Windows Server and user device issues.

Responsibilities

• We manage school IT infrastructure to ensure systems remain secure and effective.
• We support the resolution of incidents, including complex networking, Windows Server and device issues.
• We work closely with school staff and leaders to understand needs and provide professional IT advice.
• We prepare technical information and documentation to support incident resolution and decision making.
• We support classroom technology including touch panels, smartboards, projectors and visualisers.
• We work with third-party providers on behalf of customers to ensure services meet requirements.
• We highlight IT risks and recommend appropriate mitigation steps.
• We provide remote support when not on site, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.

This is a hybrid role based in Kings Hill, Kent, on a permanent full-time basis of 37 hours per week, with a salary of £25,948.96 to £28,500 per annum.
