Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven background in Digital Mailroom, Mail Systems, or Digitisation environments.
• We need strong experience delivering migration and digitisation projects.
• We require excellent stakeholder management, project delivery, and governance skills.
• Experience working within enterprise, regulated, or secure environments is advantageous.
• We need someone available to start as soon as possible.
• Experience supporting customer migrations and operational change is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• We will deliver a customer migration and digitisation programme.
• We will manage the transition of approximately 20 customer environments into a new operational structure.
• We will map customer processes and oversee project delivery activity.
• We will manage stakeholders, reporting, and project governance.
• We will work closely with the Infrastructure Project Manager and Business Analyst throughout the programme.
• We will ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
