Customer Success Engineer

Salary: £63,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, service, or hands-on engineering
• Comfortable working with test equipment and Windows/Linux systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in scientific, imaging, or precision equipment environments is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test technical systems on-site and remotely
• Provide customer training and ongoing support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage support cases through to resolution
• Work with engineering teams on escalations
• Travel internationally to customer sites, up to 50% of the time
