IT Support Engineer

Salary: £34,000 - 74,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT Support or similar technical support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Azure, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Good understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full UK Driving license

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, escalating where necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptop hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and other core systems
• Provide support remotely, over the phone, and in person when required
• Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, asset records, and support procedures
• Help achieve companywide ISO 27001 accreditation
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure and other systems
