Senior UX/UI Product Designer - Brighton (Hybrid Remote)

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience within a Product Design role focused on UX and UI for Web-based SaaS Platforms or Apps
• Demonstrable track record using A/B Testing, Behavioral Design & User Research to make data-informed Design Choices
• Experience working with HotJar, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, or similar for data analytics
• Expert with Figma and other associated tools to bring designs to life
• Experience with creating dashboards or apps involving a high level of data
• Familiarity with Design Systems, with experience in shancn being a benefit

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Design team to modernize and redevelop the frontend of our core product
• Engage in feature design from ideation through to delivery, influencing product direction
• Make evidence-backed design choices that enhance user experience and engagement
• Utilize data analytics tools to inform design decisions and improve usability
• Create and iterate on designs that effectively present complex data in an engaging manner
• Participate in in-person collaboration sessions in the office twice per week
