Data Centre Engineer

Salary: £25,750 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
• Good IT troubleshooting skills
• Good analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• Basic understanding of computer networking
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to commute to both Dartford and Maidstone
• UK citizen or have the right to work

Responsibilities

• Provide support and remote hands for clients
• Run and test cables for the network and infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues
• Use monitoring systems to identify potential issues
• Perform network and workstation troubleshooting
• Proactively update and process tickets within our system
