Salary: £41,000 - 41,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in one or more of the technology areas (O365, Intune, SCCM)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
• Ability to work in fast-paced, support-driven teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for secure and reliable collaboration services
• Lead Intune-based solutions for provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of end-user devices
• Support enterprise device management through SCCM/MECM focusing on OS deployment and patching
• Collaborate with teams on governance and compliance for Microsoft Teams
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting across platforms
• Manage Exchange Online and SharePoint Online administration tasks
