Salary: £117,000 - 143,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 2-3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across implementation, support, or internal IT roles.
• We require working knowledge of ITSM processes and core ServiceNow configuration.
• We require experience with platform development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• We require a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• We require strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• We require an eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
• We require active DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.
• We prefer exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or integrations.
• We prefer progress toward CIS-ITSM or other ServiceNow certifications.
• We prefer familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• We prefer experience in public sector, defence, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• We configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB workstreams.
• We build platform components including Flows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and integrations.
• We contribute to technical documentation, including build specifications, test scripts, and handover materials.
• We ensure configurations follow best practices and remain scalable and upgrade-safe.
• We support testing activities, including unit testing and UAT.
• We support workshops and requirements gathering sessions alongside senior team members.
• We build positive working relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• We communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly and proactively.
• We work closely with senior consultants and architects to develop technical capability.
• We actively pursue ServiceNow certifications and continuous professional development.
• We stay up to date with platform developments and industry trends.
• We contribute to knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
