PMO Analyst

Requirements

• Proven experience in a PMO or project support role
• NPPV2 clearance or eligibility
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and VBA
• Strong RAID and governance experience
• Confident presenting to stakeholders and chairing reporting sessions
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with PMO tools such as Execview
• Exposure to financial tracking and reporting
• Experience supporting planning and resource reporting
• Continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Support a key programme within a structured PMO environment
• Deliver reporting and data analysis
• Manage RAID items and governance activities
• Use advanced Excel and VBA to support programme tracking and reporting
• Present information to stakeholders and chair reporting sessions
• Support planning and resource reporting activities
• Contribute to financial tracking and reporting where required
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

We are offering an 8-month initial contract in London/remote on an inside IR35 basis at £365 per day. We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a structured PMO environment and support a key programme. This role requires strong Excel and VBA capability, excellent stakeholder engagement, and NPPV2 clearance.
