BIM Specialist – UK Remote

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with experience working with BIM in architecture, structural, or MEP projects.
• We require experience with industry-standard modelling technologies such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• We require experience working with Common Data Environments (CDE).
• We need strong knowledge of standards such as ISO 19650.
• Experience with COBie and IFC data management would be ideal, but is not essential.
• We are looking for candidates with an AEC industry background.
• We welcome applicants who are early in their BIM career but have relevant technical experience and a strong interest in BIM technology.

Responsibilities

• We will expect you to support our BIM Managers with project framework compliance.
• We need you to take requirements from more senior BIM Managers and input them into the CDE in industry-standard formats.
• We will expect you to support model configuration and compliance across multiple large-scale projects.
• We need you to work with asset information and delivery processes for large-scale projects.
• We expect you to manage BIM data in formats such as IFC and COBie where applicable.
• We will expect you to collaborate with our team remotely while working autonomously against defined objectives.
