ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Salary: £66,000 - 79,596 per year

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integration technologies
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
• Experience delivering enhancements or implementing new ServiceNow modules
• Holds current SC Clearance

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts)
• Develop automation and integrations using APIs, Flow Designer, and scripting
• Support implementation of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical guidance to users and administrators
• Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs and deployment guides
• Ensure solutions follow best practice, governance, and platform architecture standards
