Requirements

• We are looking for solid, hands-on knowledge of commercial dishwashers, washing machines, and/or chemical dosing systems.
• Experience with Seko, Brightwell, or BrightLogic is a strong advantage.
• We need proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely by phone and video call.
• We are looking for someone who can translate complex technical detail into clear, practical guidance.
• Fluency in English is required.
• You should be a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly with busy hospitality customers and colleagues.
• We value practical, self-motivated people who are comfortable with hands-on problem-solving.
• Experience in hospitality, hygiene, field engineering, technical helpdesk, or service support is a bonus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• We provide first-line technical support to customers, field engineers, and account managers.
• We diagnose and resolve faults remotely via phone and video call.
• We support equipment troubleshooting for commercial dishwashers, laundry machines, and chemical dosing systems.
• We guide customers through dosing rate adjustments, water pressure issues, wiring queries, and equipment programming.
• We act as a technical reference point for engineers and account managers on site.
• We locate and share wiring diagrams, manuals, and dosing set-up information quickly.
• We provide online technical support to international customers.
• We support laundry installation guidance and BrightLogic software set-up.
• We stay up to date as new equipment and software are introduced.
• We share recurring fault patterns and customer insights with engineering, product, and account management teams.
