Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software-led organisation.
• Experience working in regulated, enterprise, healthcare, or public-sector environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaboration experience with engineering teams.
• Experience managing product lifecycles, including mature or legacy products.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Ability to manage complexity, competing priorities, and changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain our product vision, strategy, and roadmap across established product areas.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle delivery, including legacy or mature products.
• Work closely with our engineering teams to define, prioritise, and deliver product requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insight, validate requirements, and manage expectations.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.
• Use data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Support Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ensure clear documentation and communication of product decisions.
