They are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to ensure clients receive top-notch technical support, acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IBM Power Systems and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities Provide expert-level support for IBM Power Systems on Google CloudTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our cloud solutionsAssist customers with configuration, deployment, and management of their cloud environmentsServe as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiriesRespond to customer issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solvingIdentify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network issuesCollaborate with other engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical issuesDocument solutions and create knowledge base articles for common issuesProvide feedback to the product development team based on customer experiencesSuggest improvements to support processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectivenessStay updated with the latest developments in IBM Power Systems and Google Cloud technologiesConduct training sessions for customers to help them better utilize our cloud solutionsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and FAQsOther duties as assigned Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEthical and critical thinkingExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent sales and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issuesStrong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecturesFamiliarity with virtualization technologies and networking fundamentalsKnowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or customer support roleHands-on experience with IBM Power Systems and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience in enterprise cloud solutions and infrastructure management Company Overview Pellera Technologies is an information technology company that offers cloud, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and managed services.
