- Eligibility for SC clearance, including 5 years continuous UK residency and 5 years employment history or back to full-time education
Responsibilities
- Lead user centred design aspects of one or more client engagements and support wider delivery within the account or industry where appropriate
- Translate product vision into UX strategy and oversee delivery of usability improvements and end-to-end journeys across app and web
- Work with user researchers, data analysts and client product owners to recommend ongoing improvements that drive better user and business outcomes
- Blend just-in-time delivery of design artefacts with continuous discovery and ideation of longer-term features and usability improvements
- Coach and develop team members, provide performance feedback, and help them achieve engagement outcomes and career development
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and understand their challenges
- Oversee multiple concurrent client deliveries, ensure quality, and share best practice across engagements and industries
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs, provide solution advice, and shape solutions that leverage our wider capabilities and credentials
- Assess project performance, QA design deliverables and outcomes, and ensure client satisfaction
- Work as part of a wider consulting team on large-scale transformation and lead change projects in the public sector
- Participate in business development activities, including bids and pre-sales, and coach team members on proposal contributions
- Undertake people management responsibilities, including performance reviews and professional development
- Serve as a thought leader within our company, account engagements, and the wider public sector, and represent us at industry events
