The IT QA Engineer will ensure the highest quality of software products through robust testing strategies and collaborate with development teams to enhance software solutions.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testingIdentify, record, and track defects; collaborate closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutionImplement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to optimize testing processesConduct performance, regression, and integration testing to ensure system reliability and performanceCollaborate with the IT Test Automation Manager, Product Owners/Managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycleMentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation testingProficient in test automation using Playwright, along with version control systems (e.g., Git)Hands-on experience testing applications built on the Microsoft stack: .NET, Angular, and SQL ServerStrong SQL skills for data validation, test data setup, and backend verification against SQL ServerStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentRelevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester)Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ideally Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) and DevOps practicesAPI-level test automation expertiseExperience with web service technologies such as XML, JSON, and REST Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision CoverageHealth and Dependent Savings AccountsLife and Disability ProgramsVoluntary Benefit ProgramsCompany Sponsored Wellness ProgramsRetirement Savings with Company MatchTeam Member and Family Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysEmployee Recognition Program with Rewards (RAVE) Company Overview Ardent Mills is a leading flour supplier and grain innovator & offers the broadest range of premium multi-use flours.
