Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Hands-on VCF design and delivery experience (vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, SDDC Manager)
• Ability to architect and troubleshoot at a high level
• Active SC clearance or confirmed eligibility and willingness to undergo HMG vetting
• Demonstrated ability to produce HLD/LLD documentation and lead design authority
• Direct experience delivering datacentre migrations at scale (P2V, V2V, on-premises to cloud)
• Multi-vendor infrastructure design spanning compute, storage, networking, and security in enterprise or public sector environments

Responsibilities

• Lead network and security architecture across hybrid cloud environments
• Produce HLD / LLD documentation and own technical design authority
• Design and deliver VCF-based solutions (vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN)
• Plan and execute datacentre migrations at scale
• Implement or oversee IaC pipelines using Terraform or Ansible
• Contribute to GitOps working practices and CI/CD pipeline design
• Engage stakeholders at programme board and CTO level
• Provide technical governance on complex infrastructure programmes
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to pre-sales activities
