OpenClaw Automation Engineer/Remote

Job Description- OpenClaw Automation Engineer About the Role We are looking for an OpenClaw Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation workflows and agent-based systems using OpenClaw and related orchestration tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, experience integrating APIs and AI agents, and a passion for workflow automation and scalable AI infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation workflows using OpenClaw.

Integrate AI agents, APIs, databases, and external tools into automated systems. Build orchestration pipelines for task execution and agent coordination. Develop backend services and automation utilities using Python.

Monitor, debug, and optimize workflow performance and reliability. Implement logging, error handling, and observability for automation systems. Collaborate with AI engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders.

Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of automation platforms. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with workflow automation and orchestration systems. Familiarity with AI agents, LLM integrations, and tool-calling workflows.

Experience working with REST APIs and microservices. Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Understanding of Git and software development best practices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure). Familiarity with asynchronous programming and distributed systems.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Exposure to observability and monitoring tools. Nice to Have Experience building autonomous or multi-agent AI systems. Understanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases. Knowledge of AI workflow security and governance.

Experience with real-time event-driven architectures. Tools & Technologies Python, OpenClaw, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, PostgreSQL, LangChain, Vector DBs, Git, AWS/Google Cloud Platform.
