B2B Cold Outbound Copywriter (Remote U.S.)

B2B Cold Outbound Copywriter Position Overview We are seeking a creative, coachable, and detail-oriented B2B Cold Outbound Copywriter to support and craft outbound messaging for existing and new clients.

This is an ideal role for someone experienced in writing for a B2B SaaS & B2B prospecting in general.

You will work directly with leadership, gain exposure to sales and marketing strategy, and play a meaningful role in how we communicate with prospects, clients, and our community.

This is a REMOTE role focused on writing outbound messaging (LinkedIn & email) and supporting onboarding for new clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesCopywriting & Outbound Messaging Write and refine outbound messaging for email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach sequencesCraft compelling subject lines, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive replies and bookingsPersonalize outreach templates and messaging for ideal customer profile (ICP) segmentsSupport messaging and positioning work, including value propositions and differentiationHelp clients define their ideal customer profile (ICP) & personas to create the target audience(s) for outreachOnboarding & Client Communications Onboard clients and help them draft their initial and ongoing sequencesCreate and maintain messaging templates and merge-field content for recurring client touchpointsSupport internal onboarding documentation for new hires and team membersQualificationsRequired 2+ years of experience in cold outbound copywritingExcellent writing skills with strong grammar, structure, and attention to detailAbility to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and channelsHigh level of organization and follow-throughCoachable and eager to learnBasic proficiency in Google WorkspaceComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentPreferred Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurshipExperience with email or outreach tools (Yesware, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.)A portfolio or writing samples (blog posts, ads, email sequences, social content)Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional and outbound contentKey Traits for Success Creative but results-drivenStrong work ethicGrowth mindsetComfortable with feedbackDetail-orientedHigh integrity and professionalismCompensation Structure Base salary (no commission — this is not a sales position)Clear path to promotion based on performanceCareer Path This role is designed as a launchpad.
