Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with PAM toolsets
- Strong knowledge of privileged access controls and security best practices
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with network device onboarding into PAM
- Experience with credential vaulting and session management
- Understanding of ISO 27001 and/or NIST CSF
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain SC clearance
- Experience with leading PAM platforms (e.g. BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea) (desirable)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) (desirable)
- Knowledge of database privileged access (SQL Server, Oracle) (desirable)
- Familiarity with ITSM and change processes (desirable)
- Experience in regulated or high-security environments (desirable)
- Exposure to OT/ICS environments (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage PAM solutions across enterprise systems
- Configure and support Privileged Remote Access
- Manage credential vaulting, password rotation, and access workflows
- Configure session recording, monitoring, and auditing
- Onboard servers, network devices, and platforms into PAM
- Manage service account discovery and lifecycle
- Integrate PAM with SIEM tools for logging and alerting
- Support Active Directory privileged account controls
- Troubleshoot PAM connectors, sessions, and access issues
- Produce clear technical documentation and runbooks

We are looking for an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing management of PAM controls across a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on contract role based in Culham, requiring strong technical delivery capability across PAM tooling, privileged access governance, and security integration. The contract is until 30/09/2026 with possible extensions, offering an hourly rate of £55 Umbrella and is inside IR35.
