Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong Windows Server experience, including IIS, Failover Clustering, and Microsoft NLB
• Experience supporting Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and Teams
• Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and Cloudflare
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting high-availability production environments
• Able to work remotely with one day per month in Oxford
• Willing to participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rota
• Linux systems experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud environments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve critical systems
• Help ensure infrastructure remains secure, stable, and highly available
• Work closely with internal stakeholders
• Support controlled infrastructure changes across the wider platform
• Contribute to the operations team supporting large-scale online systems used globally
