Senior IT Support Engineer - Euston

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong enterprise Windows Server infrastructure experience
• Strong IIS, Failover Clustering, and Microsoft NLB experience
• Experience supporting high-availability production/server environments
• Strong Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Defender, and Intune
• Experience supporting AWS and Cloudflare environments
• Strong infrastructure troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working across server, network, and cloud infrastructure
• Comfortable supporting production systems within a fast-paced environment
• Able to work remotely with 1 day per month in Oxford
• Willing to participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rota, approximately 1 week in every 6
• Linux systems administration experience is a plus
• PowerShell or automation experience is a plus
• Exposure to web or application hosting environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve critical infrastructure platforms across Windows Server, Microsoft cloud, and web infrastructure environments
• Ensure systems remain secure, stable, and highly available
• Support infrastructure change and platform improvements
• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and carry out root cause analysis
• Support server, network, and cloud infrastructure across complex production environments
• Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rota
• Work closely within our operations team to support large-scale global platforms
