ShareDo Developer - Remote

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Excellent ShareDo development or similar case management development experience
• At least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering bespoke legal applications
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Strong commercial awareness and curiosity to understand challenges faced by the firm and its clients
• Ability to identify at-risk projects and manage expectations accordingly
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and explore new solutions
• Strong focus on security and data protection in application development

Responsibilities

• Develop business solutions that interface with the line of business applications of the firm
• Customize and configure off-the-shelf software
• Continuously optimize the case management system for business efficiency and procedures
• Propose, design, and implement new systems while analyzing existing systems for opportunities
• Assist with business process analysis to enhance and develop workflow processes
• Collaborate closely with the Projects team to map out projects
• Build process improvement workflows across the line of business application stack
• Assist others in integrating workflows into line of business applications
