Contract First Line Support

Salary: £39,000 - 70,500 per year

Requirements

• Experience in providing 1st line support via desk-side, phone, and email
• Proficiency in Windows 7 - 11 support
• Familiarity with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange / email troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Service Desk / ticketing systems
• Experience with remote support tools
• Ability to troubleshoot printer issues
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (e.g., switches, Wi-Fi, Meraki)

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive 1st line support for IT issues across multiple sites
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
• Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams when necessary
• Assist end users with hardware, software, and network queries
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of users and setup of devices
