Support Engineer, O365 Azure, Oldham

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in IT support
• Minimum O365 administration skills
• Experience with Entra, Azure, and Active Directory
• Full driving licence and car ownership are essential
• Clear, positive, and enthusiastic communication skills
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
• Willingness to learn and support all levels of BAU technology

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BAU user support, including desktop support
• Support office-based, factory-based, warehouse-based, and remote users
• Install, configure, support, troubleshoot, and administer desktop PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
• Assist in the delivery of key IT projects across the business
