IT Support Analyst - 2nd Line

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• We need someone with at least 2 years of professional experience at 2nd line IT support level.
• We need strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, including Exchange and Microsoft Security technologies.
• We need experience with Azure, Entra, and Intune.
• We need good working knowledge of supporting on-premises systems and configuring hybrid infrastructure environments.
• We need strong networking experience.
• We need someone with a can-do attitude who is ready to take on new challenges.
• We need full right to work in the UK.
• We need someone who is willing and able to commute to Central Hull regularly.

Responsibilities

• We provide 2nd line support to users at all levels.
• We diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site.
• We deploy desktop and server software and hardware solutions.
• We enhance and maintain our current infrastructure.
• We carry out regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems.
• We troubleshoot user problems thoroughly.
• We create comprehensive support materials.
• We contribute to the routine administration of our IT systems.
