1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician

Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support
• Strong customer service skills
• Own transport and commutable to HQ
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Hands-on experience with provisioning and deploying Microsoft 365
• Administering Exchange, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
• User management, licensing & security policies
• Troubleshooting mailbox, sync & authentication issues
• Active Directory & Group Policy management
• Strong working knowledge of SME cloud environments
• Confident in diagnosing and repairing PC, laptop & Mac issues
• Windows & macOS troubleshooting
• Virus/malware removal
• Email troubleshooting (POP/IMAP & Exchange)

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 environments independently
• Provision and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions

• Troubleshoot mailbox, sync & authentication issues
