SC Cleared Cloud Engineer

Salary: £140,000 - 140,000 per year

Requirements

• We strongly prefer active SC Clearance, although eligibility may be considered.
• We need strong hands-on Azure engineering experience.
• We need experience delivering cloud migration projects.
• We need proven Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or Bicep.
• We need a good understanding of cloud security and secure design principles.
• Experience in regulated or government environments is required.
• An Azure or AWS certification is desirable.
• We need working knowledge of AWS alongside Azure.

Responsibilities

• We will design and build cloud infrastructure across Azure, with some AWS.
• We will create and implement cloud landing zones.
• We will migrate legacy applications into cloud environments.
• We will develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
• We will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• We will implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• We will manage identity and access using Azure AD and IAM.
• We will apply strong security practices, including Zero Trust principles.
• We will act as a technical SME and support stakeholders.

We are supporting a major government programme to deliver secure, scalable cloud platforms. This is a 5-6 month contract, inside IR35, paying £560 per day, with the possibility of extension.
