Salary: £59,000 - 99,000 per year

Requirements

• Demonstrated backend/fullstack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS and high-impact projects
• Deep experience with Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), TypeScript (React), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Strong experience designing, building, and scaling distributed systems
• Strong background in relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and Redis
• API design experience, including REST and GraphQL, with deployment know-how
• Bonus: experience building complex workflow orchestration systems
• Bonus: cloud infrastructure experience
• Bonus: experience building integrations or data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance practical AI-powered software solutions for the fintech industry
• Own project timelines by managing priorities and delivering high-quality features
• Drive product and business decisions as a core contributor, helping define both the technical foundation and strategic direction
• Participate in and foster best practices, including code reviews and testing
