CXP Staff Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer or Senior Engineer with a hands-on background.
• We require strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), which is essential.
• We value experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and customer data tools.
• We need a strong background in software engineering, APIs, and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
• We expect experience with CI/CD, containers, and DevSecOps tooling.
• We look for the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems.
• We want someone with experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical standards.
• We require a strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• We design, build, and deliver solutions across AEM and Adobe CXP platforms.
• We own technical design from requirements through to live release.
• We develop and improve production code across front-end, back-end, and integrations.
• We drive engineering standards, testing, and DevSecOps best practices.
• We diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across systems.
• We lead and coordinate third-party engineers and delivery partners.
• We mentor engineers and support capability growth across our team.
• We contribute to the technical roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
• We support agile delivery through planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
