Responsibilities

• We will translate strategic goals into practical business capabilities, governance structures, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• We will help shape the future of UK Defence capability and innovation.
• We will influence strategic decision-making across a high-profile defence environment.
• We will design future operating models to support organisational modernisation.
• We will support the delivery of complex change programmes aligned to Defence objectives.
• We will contribute to major defence initiatives and emerging technology concepts, including artificial intelligence, automation, data-centric security, and digital transformation.
• We will identify capability improvements across people, process, information, and technology.
• We will facilitate senior workshops and support informed decision-making.
• We will provide architecture solutions that enable transformation and capability development.

We are offering a remote Business Architect role with visits to the office when required, supporting a high-profile defence transformation and innovation programme. This is a nationally important opportunity to help modernise Defence capability, shape future operating models, and contribute to strategic change alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.
