IT Support Technician

Salary: £27,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows desktop and server issues
• Experience managing users, permissions, and policies within Active Directory / Entra ID
• Familiarity with networking issues
• Ability to escalate and collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
• Experience assisting with onboarding projects, migrations, and hardware deployments
• Capable of providing both remote and onsite support as required
• Exposure to Intune, Azure, and backup technologies

Responsibilities

• Support users across Microsoft 365 environments
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and server issues
