Systems Transformation Lead

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting ERP, HRIS or business systems implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Zellis, ideally ResourceLink and HR or Payroll modules.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, ideally Learning, Performance or Talent modules.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Experience supporting data migration, cleansing and validation activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within project-based environments.
• Experience within education, healthcare, charity or not-for-profit organisations would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimisation of Zellis and Cornerstone platforms.
• Assist with system configuration, integrations and data migration activities.
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
• Develop data mapping, validation and reconciliation processes.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Learning & Development and operational teams.
• Support user training, documentation and adoption activities.
• Assist with upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track project risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
