Requirements

• Hands-on Deluge scripting experience, including custom functions, scheduled scripts, and connections
• Strong Zoho CRM configuration experience, including layouts, modules, and Blueprint
• Experience developing Zoho Creator applications
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug Deluge code independently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, or Zoho Inventory is desirable
• Experience with Zoho Flow automation and third-party integrations is desirable
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying concepts is desirable
• General web scripting knowledge, including JavaScript and basic HTML, is desirable
• Zoho certification in one or more products is desirable
• Previous experience in an internal IT, systems support, or business systems role is desirable

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom functions, workflows, and automations across our Zoho suite using Deluge scripting
• Provide first and second-line technical support for internal users across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics
• Build and maintain Zoho Creator low-code applications to support our business processes
• Integrate Zoho applications with internal and third-party systems using Zoho Flow, REST APIs, and webhooks
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security across our Zoho platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical specifications
• Monitor system health, proactively identify issues, and implement improvements to performance and reliability
• Document system configurations, custom code, and support procedures for knowledge transfer
• Plan and support Zoho upgrades, migrations, and new module rollouts with minimal disruption
• Take ownership of systems, improvements, and support requests
• Drive process improvements while responding to technical issues
• Balance competing priorities across support, development, and project work
