Salary: £28,000 - 33,000 per year

Requirements

• 1+ years within the IT industry
• Competence in PC hardware fault/fix
• Proficiency in Windows 11
• Office suite competence
• Experience in printer repair
• Understanding of networking principles
• Valid driving license (required)
• 21 years or older due to vehicle insurance restrictions

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support both on-site and remotely
• Work directly with customers, ensuring good communication and professionalism
• Assist the helpdesk during the probation period for familiarization
• Shadow experienced field engineers to gain practical knowledge
• Resolve hardware, networking, and software issues
• Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and colleagues
