Competence in PC hardware fault/fix
Proficiency in Windows 11

Experience in printer repair

21 years or older due to vehicle insurance restrictions

Responsibilities

Provide IT support both on-site and remotely
Work directly with customers, ensuring good communication and professionalism
Assist the helpdesk during the probation period for familiarization
Shadow experienced field engineers to gain practical knowledge
Resolve hardware, networking, and software issues
Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and colleagues
