The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to be a strategic partner to our product teams and make sure data sits at the core of how we make decisions.

In this role, you'll lead data-driven initiatives, design scalable experimentation frameworks, and champion the Continuous Discovery Habits philosophy across Product, Engineering, and Design.

You'll hold teams accountable to product metrics, assumption testing, and experimentation best practices while mentoring other analysts and influencing roadmaps through clear, compelling storytelling with data.

This role blends analytical depth, experimentation strategy, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.

What You'll Do Lead continuous discovery efforts by guiding PMs in defining and measuring success metrics, running assumption tests, and building iterative learning into how they workDesign robust experimentation frameworks, evaluate experiment results, and iterate on key hypothesesBuild scalable product analytics frameworks that standardize how teams make data-driven decisionsEnable self-service analytics by improving access to data through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda so teams can explore product insights independentlyMentor junior analysts on statistical methodology, experimentation best practices, and storytelling with dataPresent insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regularly to influence product roadmapsChampion best practices for both Product Managers and internal data teams around data-driven decision making, experimentation, data governance, and standardizationLeverage SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform, and analyze product dataConnect data insights to broader business strategy and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersHelp foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and data-driven learning across Product and Engineering teams The Impact You'll Have At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact.

In this role, you'll drive impact by: Raising the bar on how product teams define, measure, and act on success metricsMaking experimentation faster, more rigorous, and more trusted across the orgInfluencing product roadmaps with insights that tie directly to business strategyScaling analytics practices so decision-making quality holds as we growLeveling up other analysts through mentorship and shared best practices What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar roleStrong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, and Secoda (or equivalent tools)Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, and experiment designExpertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and data visualizationExperience designing and implementing analytics frameworks for scalable decision-makingStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence product teams and executives through insights and strategic recommendationsProficiency in storytelling with data and translating insights into strategyPrior experience in SaaS or fast-growing tech environments preferredComfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environmentPassion for fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven learningA continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $130,000-$140,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
