Head of Software Development, C#

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior software leadership or engineering management role
• Strong background in C# development and experience across mixed technology environments
• Experience managing teams and delivering complex software projects end-to-end
• Good understanding of project and delivery management in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead by example

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-skilled development team
• Oversee the successful delivery of a range of business-critical software projects
• Take ownership of complex software initiatives across mixed technology environments
• Guide teams and shape delivery across the software development function
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support delivery
• Lead by example and help drive a solutions-focused, proactive culture
