Enterprise Architect - Fixed Term

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• 8–12 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in architecture or senior technical leadership.
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply‑chain, logistics, or warehousing environments.
• Proven ability to produce high‑level designs and architectural artefacts.
• Experience leading or governing large, complex programmes.
• Background in transitioning from legacy platforms to modern, cloud‑based architectures.
• Experience working across Infrastructure, Data, and Security domains.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction for the entire organisation while producing high-quality solution designs for key programmes and initiatives.
• Shape and govern the organisations technology landscape, ensuring coherence, scalability, and security.
• Ensure application and technology decisions integrate effectively with core operational systems, including manufacturing execution, warehousing, and supply-chain platforms.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, turning business goals into architectural strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Resolve complex issues and risks that span multiple functions and business areas as part of delegated authority.
