Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead

Salary: £69,200 - 82,200 per year

Requirements

• We require proven experience delivering D365 Business Central projects end to end.
• We require a strong consulting background with a Microsoft Partner.
• We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We require deep knowledge of Business Central modules such as Finance, SCM, Projects, or similar.
• We require leadership experience or a clear desire to step into a lead role.
• We require candidates to be based in Northern or Southern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• We lead and grow a team of Business Central functional consultants.
• We run workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions.
• We oversee configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• We act as the functional authority across Finance, SCM, Projects, or Warehousing.
• We collaborate with project managers, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• We drive continuous improvement and maintain documentation standards.
• We build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
