• Excellent ShareDo development or similar case management development experience
• Background in designing, developing, and delivering bespoke legal applications
• Strong commercial awareness and inquisitiveness to understand client challenges
• Ability to identify at-risk projects and communicate effectively to manage expectations
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new technology solutions
• Experience in developing applications with a focus on security and data protection

Responsibilities

• Technical development of the ShareDo platform for business solutions
• Development and optimization of the case management system to enhance business efficiency
• Solution architecture work as required
• Propose, design, and implement innovative systems, analyzing existing systems for improvements
• Assist with business process analysis to enhance workflow processes
• Collaborate with the Projects team to map out project requirements
• Develop workflows and integration across the line of business applications, improving processes
