IT Technician

Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• 1st / 2nd line IT support experience
• Windows Server experience
• Microsoft 365 experience
• Active Directory / Entra ID experience
• Exposure to networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• FreshService, SSO solutions, and remote management tools experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to a user base of just over 200 users and help maintain smooth IT operations
• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests
• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network problems
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and device configuration
• Provide training on IT systems to staff
