ITSM Consultant (ServiceNow or Halo) - Remote

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Expert level installation, configuration and support experience of ITSM tooling solutions (ServiceNow or Halo)
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts including process knowledge in all service lifecycles (ITIL advanced certifications preferred, at least ITIL v3 foundation)
• Experience with integrating ITSM tools with external interfaces
• Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design and programming techniques
• Strong understanding and experience in integrations including SOAP and REST-based APIs

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on the installation, configuration, and support of ITSM tooling solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their ITSM needs and facilitate effective integration of tools
• Analyze problems and develop structured approaches to solve issues using programming techniques
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in service management lifecycles
• Support integration efforts with external interfaces to enhance ITSM functionalities
